Egg porridge

Pork liver mud porridge
Scrape the clean pig liver with a knife, remove the mud, put it in rice porridge, and add some wine to cook slowly. After the same boiling, add salt to taste and serve.
Fish porridge
After cleaning the internal organs of the fish, steam the whole fish, take out the tender fish, mix it into the rice porridge, add a proper amount of salt, or add chopped green onion according to personal taste, and stir well before eating.
Red bean sauce
Wash about 50g of red beans, put them into a pot, add cold water, and cook over high fire until cooked. When they are boiled, cover the pot and cook slowly over low heat. The worse it is cooked, the better, until it becomes bean paste. Take them out. Add a little oil to the pot, stir-fry a proper amount of brown sugar in the pot until the brown sugar is completely melted, pour it into the bean paste and stir-fry for about 1~2 minutes. You can eat it with rice porridge.

Take three chestnuts, peel off the shells, chop them up, put them in a pot and cook them with rice porridge. After cooking, add a little salt and serve.
Porridge with minced meat
Wash lean pork, chop it with a knife if you don't bother, or put it in a meat grinder, repeat twice, add some cooking wine to remove the fishy smell, put it in rice porridge, and add appropriate amount of salt to make minced meat porridge.
