Breakfast: milk, soft bread, fried cucumber slices
Chinese food: fried beans with shredded pork, fried sweet peppers, winter melon soup and rice.
Dinner: sesame thousand-layer cake (bought in supermarket), fresh shrimp, coriander and tofu soup.
Wednesday
Breakfast: rice porridge, fried eggs with onions and fried lettuce.
Chinese food: steamed stuffed bun and sliced tomato soup.
Dinner: steamed fish, sliced meat and loofah soup, cold cucumber and rice.
Thursday
Breakfast: steamed stuffed bun with milk and meat.
Chinese food: roast beef with potatoes, braised eggplant and rice.
Dinner: fried rice noodles, winter melon soup, lettuce with meat.
Friday
Breakfast: mung bean glutinous rice porridge, steamed bread, boiled peanuts.
Chinese food: fried hairtail, vegetable fried purple cabbage, soybean sparerib soup, rice.
Dinner: fried meat with fungus, rice and loofah soup.
Saturday
Breakfast: soybean milk, fried dough sticks and fried cucumber.
Chinese food: Fried pork ribs with potatoes, fried hearts and rice.
Dinner: jiaozi, cold lettuce and barbecued pork with honey sauce.
Sunday
Breakfast: milk, square buns, and meat floss.
Chinese food: roast chicken, winter melon soup and rice.
Dinner: wonton, fried Shanghai green, boiled peanuts.
Note: In addition to three main meals a day, snacks, fruits and yogurt should be added around 10 in the morning and 3: 30 in the afternoon.
