It takes about 30 minutes to roast rabbit meat on a small fire. After cutting the pepper, cut the green pepper and celery.
Wash the hot oil in 2 1:40 pot, pour in the green pepper and stir-fry the green pepper.
2 1:45 Wash the hot oil in the pot, add pepper and garlic to saute until fragrant, pour in the rabbit with bone, stir fry over high fire, add soy sauce to color, and pour in celery and green pepper.
It will last for an hour, and after lunch tomorrow. Clean the tableware kitchen in time during cooking, and finally spend five minutes cleaning the kitchen.
The price of lunch materials: rabbit hind legs, celery from 7 yuan, five-horn pepper segments, 2.5 yuan green peppers, four lemons about 1 yuan and a 2 yuan.
Tip: Adding lemon juice to pickled rabbit meat is easier to deodorize and the meat quality will be more refreshing.
