Ingredients
2 taels of lean pork, half an onion, 4 or 5 fungus, half a carrot, 1 green pepper, light soy sauce, pepper powder, salt, vegetable oil, MSG< /p>
Method
1. Slice lean meat and marinate with light soy sauce for a few minutes.
2. Soak the fungus in advance and tear it into small pieces.
3. Cut onions, carrots and green peppers into pieces respectively.
4. Heat the pan with cold oil, add the meat slices and stir-fry until cooked.
5. Add onions and carrots and stir-fry. Add pepper powder and salt.
6. When the onions are translucent, add the fungus and green pepper.
7. Stir-fry a few times, add some MSG, stir-fry evenly and remove from the pan.
