When the time is up, knead the dough back and forth by hand until the water in the bowl becomes turbid and the dough gradually becomes much bigger. At this time, the gluten is ready.
Step 3: Pour a proper amount of water into the pot, heat it with strong fire, and then put all the cooked beef, kelp, bean skin and vermicelli into the pot. When the water in the pot is heated again, cut the gluten into small pieces and put it in the pot, stew for 8 minutes on high fire, and finally add pepper, soy sauce and salt to taste.
