Ingredients: 2 cups of mung beans, rice cups and sugar. According to personal preference, the beans are submerged by water for about 4 cm.
Exercise 1. Soak mung beans in water for more than half a day to make them swell, then pour out the water and rinse them slightly.
2. According to the general cooking procedure and proportion (add water to the outer pot), add water to steam mung beans. The beans flooded in the inner pot are about 4 cm high, so sugar can't be added at this stage.
3. After the mung bean is steamed, add the sugar directly to the rice cooker while it is hot, stir it evenly and dissolve it, let it cool and put it in the refrigerator.
