Ingredients: two fresh cucumbers.
Accessories: salt, monosodium glutamate, balsamic vinegar, cold soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, onion and sesame sauce.
Exercise:
1. Peel and shred cucumber for later use;
2. Garlic is cut into minced garlic, and onion is appropriately chopped for later use;
3. Dilute two teaspoons of sesame paste with a little cold water for use (sesame paste is easy to slip out of the spoon if it is mushy, unlike water);
4. Add minced garlic and chopped green onion to shredded cucumber, add salt, monosodium glutamate and balsamic vinegar (choose the amount of soy sauce according to your taste, I usually only drop a few drops), add sesame sauce, and finally mix in sesame oil.
