Ingredients: 600g lotus root, appropriate amount of brown sugar, appropriate amount of honey, appropriate amount of glutinous rice
Steps:
1. Wash and peel fresh lotus root;
2. Cut two or three centimeters off the end of the lotus root and leave it as a cover. Fill the soaked glutinous rice into the lotus root, and use chopsticks to pierce it firmly while filling;
3. Fix it with toothpicks;
4. Add water to the pressure cooker, add brown sugar, garlic Dates and lotus roots, boil on low heat for 25 minutes;
5. Prepare brown sugar and honey;
6. Boil into thick juice;
7. Pour directly in On top of glutinous rice and lotus root. OK!
8. After cooking the glutinous rice and lotus roots, pour the remaining glutinous rice into the pot where the lotus roots are cooked. Cook into brown sugar glutinous rice porridge.
Note: It is best to soak glutinous rice for more than 4 hours; use a pressure cooker.
