The Chinese New Year is coming soon, so we have to face the annual gift giving. Many times everyone has a headache about what to give. Below I will combine the more useful things that my baby uses. We have put together a gift list, I hope it will help you.
Many people used to send clothes as gifts, but I personally think they are too the same, and the size is difficult to control. Currently, most of the clothes my baby receives are not the right size. So I mainly advocate sending food, toys and supplies in three categories.
The recommendations in this article are all used by my own babies. Each baby’s physique and habits are different. This article is for reference only. If you have any different opinions, please feel free to raise them.
Food:
1. Rice noodles (Jiabao first section)
Breast milk can meet almost all the nutrients for the baby's growth in the first 6 months. After 6 months, it will naturally The Fe brought by the baby is not enough, so it is necessary to add high-iron rice cereal to the baby.
Currently, I am using this rice flour for my baby. In addition to enhancing iron absorption, it also contains probiotics. He also likes to eat it and has been eating it for a long time. He can eat it until he is a little over 10 months old and the baby will be fine. I can drink porridge directly. (My baby ate a can of rice flour, a can of oatmeal flour, and a can of mixed grain flour. When he was more than 8 months old, he started eating boiled porridge)
Rice noodles are made with various vegetable purees and fruit purees. Orchid puree, green vegetable puree, tomato puree, potato puree, pumpkin puree, apple puree, banana puree, avocado puree and then eat.
II. Lehe Milk
I started weaning my baby when he was about 1 year old. I originally bought him milk powder, but the baby didn’t like to drink it and was attracted to the milk we drank. interested. (If you don’t give it, I will scream. You won’t be allowed to pour it into the bottle at first. You must use a straw.) Later, I consulted a nutritionist. The nutritionist said that the nutrition of milk + complementary food is enough. So we use milk plus complementary food. We have been drinking it for more than two months now and the baby is very healthy.
When I chose milk for my baby, I put a lot of thought into it. I mainly paid attention to two points. First, I didn’t want antibiotics and additives, so it had to be organic milk. Second, I was really afraid of domestically produced milk and fake imported milk. You must choose the ones that are actually sold abroad. Finally, I saw Lehe recommended by other value friends. First, it was organic milk, and second, it was actually sold in the Netherlands, so I finally chose Lehe. Now it seems that my choice was very correct.
In addition, there are many opinions on whether a 1-year-old baby can directly use milk instead of milk powder when switching to breast milk, so I would like to ask everyone, hoping that someone can give professional advice.
3. Vitamin D3 (DDrop)
Under normal circumstances, the only additional supplement required is that the intake from food is relatively limited. Vitamin D3 can promote the absorption of calcium. So it is still necessary to supplement.
D3 can be used after 10 days of birth. Apply it on your fingers or nipples, or drop it directly into formula milk or complementary food. The official instructions for the model under one year old include 90 drops, which is enough to last three months in one bottle. In actual use, a drop will seep out from the edge at the beginning, and then it will be normal.
(The liquid in the bottle was only one-fifth. I thought it was leaking at first, but that was the case when I asked)
4. Baby edible oil combo pack (Planet Farm)
Compared with other The bottle of the brand has a large capacity, and this one has it
