Half a hen, a little ginger wine vinegar, salt and red dates.
working methods
1, buy a grass chicken, use half of it, and just fly a little in boiling water.
2. Put the chicken into the pot, add water, ginger slices, a little cooking wine, vinegar and red dates, cover the pot (I use a pressure cooker to save trouble) and bring to a boil. After the gas comes up, the fire will continue to simmer for about ten minutes
3. Add salt to taste after the gas disappears.
Because it is a grass chicken, I didn't put anything else. The taste is really delicious, light but fragrant, but it is still very different from the chicken raised in my hometown!
