Ingredients: taro, dried duck leg, garlic, pepper.
Practice: First slice and circle the dried duck leg, taro and pepper. Boil garlic and oil in the pot and put salted duck in it. When the dried duck leg is fried in oil, fry the taro slices in oil until golden brown, and then put them in a casserole with water and dried duck. Bake 10- 15 minutes, and finally sprinkle some pepper rings.
Tips:
1) The flavor of cured duck and taro is a natural couple, blending with each other and very wild. Cured duck is naturally salty, so it doesn't need to put too much salt.
2) Taro is easy to absorb oil, so fried duck oil can be used in the whole process. When cooking, taro dries easily. When cooking, add some water from time to time to ensure that the salted duck pot does not stick to the bottom.
