2. Breakfast: boiled eggs with milk, 2 slices of whole wheat bread and a slice of ham. Lunch: cold lettuce, mushroom tofu, radish soup, rice. Dinner: a fish with scallion oil, Hangzhou fried cabbage, tomato and egg soup, rice. Dim sum: a yogurt/apple.
3. Breakfast: a cup of milk (250 ml-300 ml), steamed egg soup (one egg), two loaves of bread, a cup of freshly squeezed juice or a fruit. Lunch: Fried bamboo shoots with sliced meat, stewed soup with soybean and kelp, fried cabbage and rice. Dinner: scallion fish, shredded pork and tofu soup, cold cucumber and rice.
4. Breakfast: milk, eggs, bread and peanut butter. Fruit meal: apples. Lunch: rice, beef sauce, celery, lily soup. Dinner: rice, sweet and sour crucian carp, shredded potatoes with green peppers, spinach and egg soup. Extra meal: yogurt.
