Dried shellfish can best bring fresh soup. A bowl of fresh and sweet broth was harvested by boiling the soup base with dried oysters and adding loofah.
Materials?
1 loofah, 12 dried oysters, appropriate amount of ginger, 5ml oil and salt.
Step 1 Scrape the loofah, wash and cut into pieces, wash the dried oysters with clear water several times, peel and slice the fresh ginger.
The second step is to boil water in the pot, then pour in ginger slices and dried oysters. The fire lasted about 10 minutes.
Step 3: Wait until the soup base turns milky white.
Step 4: Pour in the loofah.
Step 5: Cook the loofah for 3 minutes until it is cooked, then sprinkle a little salt to taste, and turn off the heat.
skill
Dry oysters can be replaced by other things, such as mussels. If you want to make the soup fresher, you can directly use fresh shellfish instead of dried oysters.
