Exercise:
1. Wash tilapia, scratch it with a knife a few times, evenly spread soy sauce and salt, and marinate for 20~30 minutes.

Tips:
1, put sugar at last, otherwise it will paste.
2, if there are pineapple pieces, you can finally put them in sweet and sour juice, which tastes better!
