Because the navigation menu like a web page needs to appear in all slides, we can set it in the master. Create a new presentation document, and then click View → Slide Master to enter the master view. Press CtrlA to select all text boxes in the motherboard, and press Delete to delete all text boxes in the motherboard. Then click the "Insert → Shape" tab, insert a circle as the navigation button on the slide master, continue to insert a rectangle as the button of the sub-product, select the rectangle, and press CtrlC to copy the rectangles corresponding to the product quantity and arrange them together. Of course, the navigation buttons and submenu shapes here can be set at will. For example, you can download web design pictures from the internet and fill them in the corresponding shapes.

Select the radio button and enter "Navigation" as the navigation button description of the slide. Continue to select the sub-product rectangle and enter the names of the sub-products in turn. Then hold down Ctrl to select all the inserted rectangles, and switch to "Format → Combination" to combine the inserted rectangles into a whole drop-down menu.

Close the main view, select the layout designed above, and then press enter in turn to create a new slide, and insert the pictures of the corresponding sub-products into the slide. Return to the master view, select the first rectangle, right-click the explanatory text in all rectangles, select "hyperlink", link and select "location in this document", and select slide 2 (that is, the product corresponding to the submenu). Here, we use hyperlinks to jump to slides. Of course, you can jump on any slide by yourself. For example, you can add a "Back to Home" jump so that you can quickly return to the first slide by clicking it during the presentation. Same as above, link other submenus to corresponding product slides.

Select the combo rectangle menu, click "Animation → Add Animation → More Entry Effects → Cut in", and add the cut-in animation effect when clicking navigation (Figure 4). After adding the animation effect, continue to click the effect option → top-down effect, so that the drop-down menu will expand when clicking the navigation button. There are many preset effects in PowerPoint, and you can also choose other effects according to your actual needs. For example, the effect of "dissolving inward" can disappear automatically after clicking.

Same as above, continue to click Animation → Add Animation → More Exit Effects → Cut, and click Effect Options → Bottom-up Effects to add recycling effects to the expanded drop-down menu, so that the drop-down menu will be automatically restored after clicking.

Press and hold the Ctrl key to select the added animation 1 and animation 2 effects, and click "Trigger → Click → Ellipse 6", so that as long as we click the circular navigation button in the future, the pop-up menu will automatically pop up or retract, and the effect is the same as that in.
