Tools/materials: pork tenderloin 150g, dried day lily 1g, auricularia auricula 10g, carrot 1g, spinach 1g, coriander 1g, onion ginger and pepper/kloc.
1. Raise the dried day lily and dried auricularia to soak the hair, remove the hard filaments from the roots and day lily, and wash them for later use.
2. Slice tenderloin, add a little starch, salt and oil, and marinate for 10 minute, so that the processed meat slices are very tender.
3. To deal with the side dishes, I also put some carrots to make the color match look better. Cut carrots into shreds, spinach into small pieces, coriander and onion ginger into powder.
4. Put the oil in a small oil pan. After heating, add the marinated meat slices and fry until the surface is slightly yellow. Don't fry it too hard, it will taste tender. Take out the fried meat slices and drain the excess oil.
5, put a little oil in another pot to heat up, add onion and ginger and stir-fry for fragrance.
6. Add dried day lily, dried fungus and shredded carrot, stir fry, and then add appropriate amount of water to boil.
7. Add the fried meat slices, add a spoonful of water starch and boil again.
8. Season with salt and pepper, then add spinach and coriander powder, and finally pour in a little sesame oil. The delicious Henan sliced pork soup is ready and super delicious.
