Ingredients: 500g yellow-winged fish, ginger, onion, water and salt.
1. Slice ginger and cut onion. Wash the fascia in the fish's stomach and make two or three cuts in the back.
2. Put the ginger slices in a hot oil pan, drain the water with kitchen paper, and fry both sides in the oil pan.
Boil the water when frying fish. Fry the fish on both sides. Don't turn off the fire. Keep it on. Put boiling water into the pot, bring it to a boil, and turn off the heat until the soup turns white.
4. After the soup turns white, add salt and onion.
5. Yellow-winged fish soup is completed.
