Production process:
First, prepare 1 sweet potato, peel it, rinse it, and then cut it into cubes of 1 cm, which are as big as corn kernels. After cutting it, put it in a bowl for later use.

Tips:
The oil temperature is the most important environment when frying diced sweet potatoes. In general, 50-60% oil temperature is the most suitable, and "static frying" is a relatively safe method. After frying to automatic demoulding, it will form a crisp and attractive taste, which is not complicated and tastes particularly fragrant.
