Ingredients: yuba, shiitake mushrooms, sugar, green pepper, red pepper, onion, garlic, salt.
The steps for making soy-pot yuba are as follows:

6. Wash the soaked yuba and remove the water. Wash the mushrooms and cut off the handles. Reserve the water for soaking the mushrooms.
7. Cut the yuba into diagonal sections, slice the mushrooms with a spatula, slice the green and red peppers, and cut the onions and garlic into patterns.
8. Heat the oil in the pot and add the onion and garlic until fragrant.
9. Add green and red peppers and mushrooms and stir-fry evenly.
10. Add the yuba and stir-fry evenly.
11. After the water for soaking the mushrooms has settled, add an appropriate amount to the pot.
12. Stir fry evenly and add salt to taste.
13. Stir-fry until the soup is gone and serve.
14. Serve on a plate.
