1. Open the movie application.
2. Click any of the following options: My, Settings or Help Center.
3. On the new page, find the option of "Contact Customer Service" or "Customer Service Center" and click it.
4. In the page that opens, you can see the phone number or online chat options. You can choose one of the ways to contact customer service according to your needs. If you choose to make a phone call, please follow the prompts. If you choose to chat online, it may take some time to talk to a customer service representative.
