Prepare to wash the dried peppers:
Cut the pepper into small pieces;
Chop ginger and garlic to be dried;
Putting chopped peppers, ginger and garlic into a pickling container;
Adding proper amount of Chinese liquor and salt, sealing and curing;
Note: Chili must be dried. If it is pickled with more water, it will go bad easily. Don't put too much salt, just a little more than usual.
