How to fry glutinous rice?
Fried glutinous rice requires the following materials:

Ingredients: 500g glutinous rice, sausage 1, onion 15g, 6 shiitake mushrooms, dried shrimps 10g and coriander 5g.

Seasoning: chicken essence 1/4 tsp, onion 5g, soy sauce 2 tsp, sesame oil 1 tsp, black pepper 1/4 tsp, vegetable oil, etc.

The steps of frying glutinous rice are as follows:

1. Soak glutinous rice in cold water for 4 hours, put it in a steamer, cover it and steam for 30 minutes;

2. Soak mushrooms and dried shrimps in cold water for 10 minute, then soak them in a little warm water for about 30 minutes after washing (warm water for standby). Cut onions, sausages, mushrooms and dried shrimps into small pieces, shallots and coriander;

3, hot vegetable oil and sesame oil in the pot, add chopped green onion and stir fry until slightly burnt;

4. Add mushrooms, sausages and shrimps, stir-fry until fragrant;

5. Add steamed glutinous rice and pour a small amount of water soaked in mushrooms. (Add it in batches. Don't make the rice too soft. )

6. Stir-fry the rice, add all seasonings and shallots, and stir-fry the coriander until the rice is dry.
