Just go to the store and buy a bottle of assorted canned food.
Practice: add water to the pot, add appropriate amount of sugar to boil, and add the cut fruit (if the original soup in the can is good, put it in, otherwise throw it out). You can tell by the amount of water. It tastes good. Add a little salt, just a little.
Prepare some hawthorn cakes and cut them into small pieces of water chestnut for later use.
After the soup is boiled, use water starch to make a thick and light juice similar to rice soup. Add the chopped hawthorn. Stir well and serve.
