Step 1: First, we cut the chicken breast in the middle, then cut it into small pieces, and pat the meat a little looser with the back of the knife, so that the meat will be soft and tender. Put the processed chicken breast into a bowl and start curing.
Step 2: Add a proper amount of shredded ginger, a spoonful of salt, a spoonful of sugar, a little black pepper and pepper powder, and grasp well with your hands. Tips:
Marinate chicken breast, not just salt and soy sauce. Eggs, starch and cooking oil are all essential. Eggs can tenderize meat, starch can lock water, and cooking oil can prevent chicken breast from sticking to the pot after cooking.
