Tools/raw materials: pepper, pork, pot, oil, cooking wine, starch, chopped green onion, Jiang Mo, garlic slices, soy sauce.
1. Wash the pepper and cut it into pieces with an oblique knife.
2. Slice pork, add cooking wine and starch, and marinate for ten minutes.
3. Heat the oil in the pot, add the pork slices and stir fry until the color turns white, and take out the pork slices for later use.
4. Add chopped green onion, Jiang Mo and garlic slices and stir-fry. Add Chili slices and stir-fry over high heat. Stir-fry the pepper until the surface is slightly wrinkled.
5. Add the sliced meat, salt and soy sauce, stir well and turn off the heat.
