This. . . Isn’t it a Yi X little puff? Hahaha~ It’s the electric pot version of puffs! It tastes exactly like YiX puffs! Crispy and crunchy, filled with homemade fragrant custard sauce. . . You don’t have to spend money on it anymore!

Ingredients for small puffs: 50ML water, 30G unsalted butter, 40G high-gluten flour, 1 egg

● Method: 1. Put water and butter together in a small pot. Melt the butter and bring to boil. , pour in the flour and stir to gelatinize, bring to a boil, and melt the butter.

2. Turn off the heat after gelatinization. After cooling slightly, break in the eggs and mix evenly with chopsticks.

3. Cover the steaming rack with baking paper, put the batter in a plastic bag, cut a small hole in the corner of the bag, and squeeze puffs with a diameter of about 2.5cm on the baking paper. The puffs will puff up slightly after baking. Remember to keep your distance! It is best not to use the circular method when squeezing flowers!

4. After the batter is squeezed out, remember to spray some water on the batter (Zhenma doesn’t have a sprinkler at home, so she has to wash her hands and use the water on her hands to sprinkle water on the batter with her fingers). Remember to use the electric cooker Lay out the towel first and then cover the pot! No need to add water outside the pot!

5. There is no need to add a drop of water to the electric pot. Place the batter together with the steam rack, cover the mouth of the electric pot with a dry towel, and then close the pot lid. Press the switch, the electric cooker will jump up and stay there for 10 minutes before pressing the switch again. Repeat this action 5 times. Remember not to take it out immediately. Make a small slit first and take it out after 10 minutes.

6. After taking out the puff, use the tip of a dental floss pick to drill a small hole above the puff.

7. Put the custard sauce in a piping bag (I don’t have a piping bag at home, so I use a plastic bag instead). Cut a super small hole at the end of the bag, put it slightly into the small hole of the puff, and squeeze it in filling.

(Just squeeze it until it is full)

8. Make puffs that are exactly the same as Yi X puffs and you are done!
