Steamed pork ribs with potatoes:
Ingredients: ribs, potatoes, carrots, onions, ginger, garlic.
Exercise:
1. Wash the ribs, add the onion, ginger, garlic, salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce and supplementary food oil, mix well, and marinate to taste.
2. Spread the potatoes and carrots on the plate, put the marinated ribs on it, and steam them in the pot for 30 minutes in advance.
Corn rice:
Rice 35g+ 10g corn +50g water is steamed for 30min in advance.
Sliced lettuce:
Add a proper amount of salt and oil to shredded lettuce, stir and mix evenly, put it in a steamer, steam it with potato ribs and corn rice for 10- 15 minutes, take it out and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
