Food safety regulations for students' lunch boxes
In order to protect students' health, school canteens and students' collective dining must comply with relevant health management regulations. This paper will introduce the food safety regulations of students' lunch boxes to help you better understand the hygiene management regulations of school canteens.

Sample retention rule

According to the "Regulations on Hygienic Management of School Canteen and Students' Collective Dining", each sample of boxed food shall not be less than 250g. In order to protect students' health, the school canteen must strictly implement the sample retention regulations.

Hygienic management of cold dish room

The cold dishes in the canteens of colleges and universities need regular air disinfection, and there are also special personnel to handle them. Non-cold dish room staff are not allowed to enter without authorization. Tools and containers for processing cold dishes must be dedicated, disinfected before use, washed and kept clean after use. For each cold dish, samples of not less than 250g should be taken from each meal, and kept in refrigeration equipment for more than 24 hours for inspection.

Ordering requirements

When ordering group meals for students, schools must pay attention to the hygiene licenses of producers and operators, and ensure that the permitted items of "delivering meals" or "nutritious meals for students" are marked on them. Don't order food from unauthorized producers and operators. Students' collective dining must be treated as dinner, and they can't order leftovers from meals, cold meat and cold dishes. Schools should strictly control the hygiene and quality of meals, and check and accept the meals provided by the catering units according to the requirements of ordering food.

Employee health examination

The staff in the canteen should have a health check-up once a year. New and temporary food production and marketing personnel must also undergo health examination and obtain health certificates before they can take part in the work.
