Second, water chestnut roasted meat
Ingredients: water chestnut 350g, pork belly 200g, light soy sauce, yellow wine, rock sugar, salt, pepper, ginger, shallots, star anise, cinnamon and fragrant leaves.
Exercise:
(1) Pork belly is cut into pieces of moderate size, shallots are tied, ginger is cut into powder, and other big ingredients are ready.
(2) Put a proper amount of oil in the pot and stir-fry the pork belly.
(3) Stir-fry the oil in the pork belly slowly until the volume is reduced and the surface turns golden yellow.

Third, water chestnut rice
Ingredients: 20 raw water chestnuts, 4 dried mushrooms, 3 tablespoons ground meat, 4 onions 1, dried shrimps1tablespoon, 2 cups of glutinous rice, water 1 9/ 10 cup of water, 2 tablespoons sesame oil and 2 tablespoons oyster sauce.
Exercise:
(1) Wash the glutinous rice, drain the water, and then soak it in water for about 3-4 hours. Wash and soak mushrooms until soft, drain and dice, and wash and dice shrimps for use.
