Brine platters vary from place to place. Generally, there are brine geese, duck feet, pork belly, large intestine and tofu. Brine platter is a traditional local cold dish, belonging to Cantonese cuisine or Hunan cuisine. Refers to the platter of halogen products, mostly cold dishes, characterized by pure and heavy halogen flavor, fresh and delicious. There must be at least 4 to 5 kinds of brine platters.
