On April 20th, 1959, the "state-owned Baihua Village Joint Dining Hall" was officially opened. Wang Enmao, Party Secretary of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Commander of Xinjiang Military Region and First Political Commissar of Production and Construction Corps, presided over the opening ceremony. A total of 86 party, government, army and celebrities from the autonomous region attended the ceremony. Zhang, the second political commissar of the Production and Construction Corps, personally wrote the name of the hotel "Baihua Village".

1On August 2, 959, President Ho Chi Minh of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam and his party visited Shihezi, and Baihua Village sent a famous chef Ho Chi Minh as the head chef. Since then, Baihua Village has become one of the main designated hotels for foreign guests and chefs of central leaders in Xinjiang over the years.

On June+10, 5438, President Zhu De came to Xinjiang to inspect the Production and Construction Corps on behalf of President Mao Zedong. The first chefs in Baihua Village were Zeng, Li Jiuxiang, Da kurban and Xiong.

V. The Second Stage of Entrepreneurship (1996 to 2005)

In June, 2000, Baihuacun Company reorganized its equity, and successfully introduced three strategic shareholders: Beijing Beiya Group, Shaanxi Dahe Group and xi Anqinxing.

In April of 20001year, the stock of Xinjiang Baihuacun Co., Ltd. was suspended from listing by the Shanghai Stock Exchange for three consecutive years and put on a PT hat. On July, 2002 10, Baihua Village resumed listing.

In February 2002, Xinjiang Baihuacun Software Park officially opened.

In August 2003, Shaanxi Dahe Industrial Group Co., Ltd., the shareholder of the company, withdrew from Baihua Village and transferred its shares in the company to the State-owned Assets Management Company of the Corps and Xinjiang Bayi Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. respectively.
