Ingredients: one broccoli and one ham sausage;
Exercise:
1. Cut broccoli into small flowers, wash (soak in salt water for five minutes), and slice ham sausage;
2. Boil water in a pot, add a small amount of salt and oil, cook broccoli for two minutes, remove and drain;
3. Pour oil into the pan and stir-fry sausage slices, then add broccoli and stir-fry for two minutes;
4. Add a little salt, a spoonful of soy sauce and oyster sauce and mix well.
