Butter 1 15g, softened, bagged brown sugar 55g, egg 1 piece, vanilla extract 3ml, flour 125g, broken walnut kernel 30g, jam with any taste 2 10g, and salt 2g.
working methods
1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Brush the baking tray with oil.
2. Separate the egg yolk protein for later use. Mix butter or margarine, sugar and egg yolk together.
3. Add vanilla extract, flour and salt and mix well.
4. Knead the dough into a ball, then knead the egg white, and then the walnut kernel. Put the biscuits into the baking tray every 5 cm. Bake in the oven for another 5 minutes.
5. Take the cookies out of the oven. Press a small hole in each biscuit with your thumb, and then pour the jam in. Bake for another 8 minutes.
