The braised pork I cooked is delicious.

This is my own cooking experience.

1, first put the cut meat into the pot and rinse it with cold water, then take it out as soon as the water boils, so as to remove the grease from the meat.

2. Put the same oil in the wok as usual. When the oil is hot, put sugar according to personal taste until the sugar melts.

3. Put a handful of dried peppers, onions, ginger and garlic in the sugar pot, stir-fry until fragrant, and then pour in soy sauce. I like to put more soy sauce.

4, after a few seconds, add the right amount of water, I feel that I can't eat meat.

5. Add the meat after the water boils.

6. Add a small amount of honey and white wine (cooking wine is also acceptable) after the pot is boiled. PS this step can be omitted according to personal taste.

7. Cook in wok for 40 minutes (stew in pressure cooker for 20 minutes).
