Adobo mixed spices in Latin America
90g salt?
12g garlic? garlic powder
8g oregano?
4g Pepper (Black) Black Pepper
4g turmeric turmeric powder
4g onion powder
Exercise:
1. In a medium-sized bowl, mix all the ingredients evenly.
2. Transfer to a sealed container for 6 months.
