Tired after being manipulated by Xiaohongshu during the holiday

During the Qingming Festival holiday, I pretended to be a Xiaohongshu blogger for three days.

Before that, I spent a month studying spring outing strategies in Xiaohongshu. From site selection to route to equipment, every step is taken carefully and carefully taken notes, and we strive to achieve 100% restoration. In this spring when the epidemic is everywhere, I believe that I can plan a perfect Qingming holiday using the Little Red Book as a picture.

From camping to enjoying the scenery by the river to cherry blossom viewing, the three-day guide I finally formulated is full of respect for the season and the scenery of the capital.

Now I must admit that I am more suitable to be a local dog in the real world. After all, if I copy homework from Xiaohongshu, I won’t have a perfect vacation. If I don’t live with Xiaohongshu, at least I won’t have a hard time.

An internet celebrity camping base in Fangshan is the first stop of my holiday trip.

No camping, no middle class. In the past two years, the epidemic has blocked everyone's ability to go abroad, so the battlefield for style competition has been moved to the camping base. The park grass is only suitable for camping bases located in despised areas, suburbs, and at the foot of mountains, to accommodate the feelings of the middle class.

After being teased by Xiaohongshu for many days, I decided to visit the camping base. Isn't it just a tent? I also have one. Although it is the most basic urban tent from Decathlon - the kind that I am embarrassed to post on Xiaohongshu, in the past two years, I have used it to visit countless parks in the city, and it smells great.

I wisely avoided the northern suburbs. I forget which holiday it was, but I drove from the East Fourth Ring Road in Chaoyang District to a B&B in Huairou. Because the road was too congested, it took me a full five hours. Since then, all destinations heading north have been slipped off my vacation list.

A Xiaohongshu note titled "A Complete Barbeque Rice in Paofangshan" gave me new inspiration. The blogger was leisurely making hand-brewed coffee in the tent, and also gave a detailed camping list: tent, egg roll table, wooden lamp stand, camp bed, fire and a series of items.

The photos are beautiful, and the 1 and a half hour journey is also delicious. An Internet celebrity camping base in Fangshan was chosen by me. Since I didn’t want to upgrade my tent equipment, I chose not to stay overnight and make the trip on the same day.

I also made an appointment in advance with friends who have dogs. After all, according to the guide in Xiaohongshu, family, friends, dogs and coffee should be standard for a qualified middle-class family camping.

"The important thing is the dog. I have a coffee pot and a cassette stove. You must bring the dog with you," I warned her on the phone. She has a 4-year-old puppy with a gentle temper and excellent camera skills. The moment she agreed, I saw the perfect photo in Xiaohongshu becoming reality.

However, human growth requires a process. In March, I was obviously not as mature as in April, and I ignored the gap between the Xiaohongshu filter and reality.

On the first day of vacation, we set off. Unexpectedly, the South Sixth Ring Road was congested. When we were stuck in the traffic and motionless, the atmosphere in the car was frozen for a while. Only my mother-in-law was annoyed: I said, I shouldn't have come with you.

"It will definitely make your trip worthwhile." I pulled out the photo of the little red book and comforted the old man. The traffic jam couldn't affect my good mood. I imagined the scene in the afternoon: distant mountains, grassland, tents, music, barbecue, dogs, Frisbees, children... Put them together, it's a classic Little Red Book-style beauty.

The final result only proved that my mother-in-law is a wise old man who does not understand camping but has rich life experience. She predicted the camp experience perfectly: It would be better not to come.

Due to traffic jam, it was already 12:30 noon when we finally arrived at the campground. The parking lot is on the hillside, and at a glance, the campground is full of tents. "It's so profitable." I secretly envied my boss. The campground charges per person, 180 yuan per person, and an additional 200 yuan parking fee is required for vehicle entry.

Hungry, our two cars hurriedly walked around the camp and found a place with relatively few people. I set up my tent in a certain place - later, when I sat in the wind and ate skewers against the yellow sand, I understood why there were so few people here.

Obviously, the place we selected is not suitable for Xiaohongshu blogger-style photography.

After the food was put on the table, we simply lay down on our backs. The food was piled randomly on the dining table, and no one was interested in arranging the dishes and taking pictures. The puppy played no greater role than swarming around our feet for food.

The photo I took closest to the Xiaohongshu style that day was a photo of someone else’s tent. From two to three thousand, to one to ten thousand, I was eye-opening in the camping base. Not only that, there were also people who built exquisite kitchens and toilets. They set up a glass bottle on the dining table and inserted wild flowers to bring out the feeling of spring. Full.

I feel happy when taking immersive photos. But later I calculated that the trip lasted 5 and a half hours and cost nearly 2,000 yuan. In the end, I just had a barbecue in the yellow sand and watched other people's Little Red Book-style camping - the same effect. I can actually have a barbecue in a wooden house in the city and just scroll through my phone.

Checking in to Yuyuantan Park is the second stop in my holiday schedule.

Since the beginning of March, Xiaohongshu has been able to recommend to me all kinds of beautiful flower viewing guides in Beijing. I was tempted by Orson and vegetable oil peach blossoms, but failed to make the trip. Appreciating flowers, or taking a photo with this year’s flower season, has become the KPI of the Qingming Festival. After all, the flowers are the same gorgeous every year, and the people are indeed getting older every year.

In Little Red Book, the cherry blossoms in Yuyuantan Park are as popular as the themed popsicles. I went to this park ten years ago, but there was no Xiaohongshu or Internet celebrity popsicle at that time.

The excitement of revisiting my old place and the freshness of checking in with internet celebrities made me choose it early. I stuffed a dozen screenshots and seven or eight guide links into the WeChat file transfer assistant. They were all the results of my learning in Xiaohongshu, about Yuyuantan Park’s travel routes, must-visit attractions, photography skills, etc.

However, after experiencing the car crash on the first day of camping, the old man at home announced that he would withdraw from my "Little Red Book imitation plan" and instead recuperate at home - in hindsight, this was the wisdom of the old man. reflect.

At 9 o'clock that morning, our family of three set out. After experiencing the traffic jam yesterday, we changed our mode of travel to the subway. In the park parking lot during the cherry blossom season, it is impossible to enter the park within 2 hours. This is my experience after many years of pitfalls. Of course, there are also patient Xiaohongshu bloggers who mentioned it in their posts.

However, in the posts I read, no one reminded me that Yuyuantan Park requires an advance reservation.

I was mentally prepared to see the huge crowds of people at the Internet Celebrity Park today. Who would have thought that I didn’t even have a chance to watch. But taking the subway for more than an hour couldn't be in vain. Finally, we made an impromptu decision and ran to the opposite side of the park to see a commercial exhibition called "Edo Fantasy". It was said that there was a cherry blossom-themed painting in it.

"They are all the same flowers anyway," my family and I comforted each other. The tickets here are 105 yuan per person, and you have to queue up. I guess there may be many unlucky people like me who planned to see the cherry blossoms, but ended up not being able to get in at all.

Checking in to the Liangma River does not require a long journey, no need to spend money on tickets, no need to enjoy flowers and take photos. On the third day of the holiday, I arranged the most relaxing and cost-effective activities.

My parents-in-law very kindly agreed to take care of the baby and let me and my family have this trip exclusively. The romantic journey of two people is indeed more in line with Liang Mahe in Little Red Book.

Although I am curious and confused: Liangma River? Isn't it the small river ditch that passes through the Third Ring Road? How beautiful can it be? I have lived in Sanyuanqiao for 5 years. It is a 10-minute walk to Liangma River, but I have never gone for a walk. The family members are even worse. They work in a building near Liangma River and have no idea about the reputation of the river downstairs.

However, the "Liangma River" in Xiaohongshu is like this:

It has a lawn by the river, where you can spread out a picnic mat, drink coffee and eat Bruch; it has a cruise ship Girls can stand on the sun-drenched deck, or lie on a rocking chair to bask in the sun; it also has a fine restaurant on the shore. The most frequently photographed is the bar and seats placed in front of a semicircular retro floor-to-ceiling window. Chair, sitting here, you can overlook the entire Liangma River.

Of course, Xiaohongshu bloggers prefer to call this place the "Seine River" in the East. Because they have the same spaciousness, tranquility, and slow flow.

My family was originally full of rejections about going to the scenic spots near the company, but I vowed to tell him: the most beautiful scenery may be in the nearest place. Just like the most beautiful girl, right next to you.

Of course, what’s more important is that I told him that Xiaohongshu’s notes said that dusk is the most beautiful time of the day in Liangma River. He could get enough sleep and go out in the afternoon. Walk along the river, see the ducks, have dinner and then go home.

Unexpectedly, I was the one disappointed.

When I ran to the Liangma River with the expectation of "changing the old appearance into a new one", I found that the river here was not much different from the river in my impression. I found the deck, but it was surrounded by tables, chairs, and customers. The retro floor-to-ceiling windows, as the best viewing position, have already been reserved.

Finally, we chose a Japanese restaurant by the river for dinner.

This is a small restaurant with only a few tables. We sat directly at the table near the window. However, before we could order, we were told that this table was reserved. So, we moved to a table with no view at all.

I figured it out while eating: In this city where natural scenery is in short supply, sunsets, greenery, and rivers are all in short supply. Only Xiaohongshu bloggers have an unlimited supply. They have a lot of energy to take good-looking photos, but if they follow the pictures and check in, there are many risks of overturning. Regardless of the effect of filters, aesthetic differences alone may lead to completely different evaluations.

On the night of the last day of vacation, I was lying in bed and scrolling through my phone. Only then did I realize that the only flower I had photographed during the three days of vacation was a cluster of blooming magnolias in the small garden downstairs. The petals are white and thick, and the stamens are bright yellow and delicate. That was taken casually when I went out on the first day.

I opened the little red book again. The system has obviously captured new keywords and can recommend various notes about spring outings to me.

There is everyone in Yuyuantan, the Liangma River is just a small ditch, and the Baihu Stream in the "back garden of the capital" is very boring... I am very happy to see these complaints, which is more fun than going out to play through mountains and rivers Much more.

Sure enough, watching Xiaohongshu bloggers is much happier than imitating Xiaohongshu bloggers.
