Beef rice with onions

Beef tenderloin, onions, carrots
Preparation steps:
1. Cut the beef into slices, add light soy sauce, cooking wine, dark soy sauce and starch, mix well, then pour some cooking oil, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes, stir-fry until it changes color and serve out
2. Pour oil into the pot, add carrots and onions and stir-fry until soft and fragrant. Add beef and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Stir well over high heat and serve.
