Second step
This step is very important. To remove the astringency of radish, boil radish with water, add a little salt, add a few drops of cooking oil and boil until the water boils. 1-2 minutes later, turn off the fire (depending on the size of radish). Stew for 5 minutes, drain and serve.
Third step
Take an oil pan over medium heat, add radish, stir fry for 1 min, add half a spoonful of light soy sauce, two spoonfuls of dark soy sauce, stir fry for 2 min, add appropriate amount of water, stir fry for a few times, cover the lid and simmer for a few times, 10- 12 min.
Fourth step
Before taking out the pot, turn to high heat, add appropriate amount of sugar and salt, stir fry, and serve braised radish sprinkled with chopped green onion.
