2. Take out the pork, cool it and cut it into thin slices for later use.
3. Wash the white radish, cut it in half, and then cut it into small pieces of medium thickness.
4. Put the sliced pork and radish back into the pot (remove the pepper and discard the onion and ginger), continue to cook on low heat until the radish is transparent and soft enough, and season with salt.
5. Take a small bowl, mix the dip and serve together.
