working methods
1. Dry the cooked jiaozi and filter off the water. Or leftover jiaozi.
2. Heat the oil in a pan and stir-fry the onion and garlic.
3. Pour the eggs into the pot and stir fry over low heat. After molding, stir-fry the vegetables.
4. When the vegetables are almost ripe, pour them into jiaozi and fry them repeatedly. Add salt and vinegar according to personal preference.
