Composition:
Chicken breast, tomato, corn, broccoli, pumpkin, mushroom.
Exercise:
1. Wash and cut the chicken breast, add a spoonful of cooking wine, a spoonful of soy sauce, half a spoonful of soy sauce, a proper amount of black pepper and a spoonful of starch, and marinate for half an hour.
2. Wash seasonal vegetables, put them in a bowl, add a spoonful of salt, a little black pepper and two spoonfuls of olive oil, mix well and marinate for 10 minute.
3. Spread tin foil on the baking tray, add vegetables and chicken breast, and bake in the oven 185 degrees for 20 minutes.
