Note: First of all, you can't fry crab sauce. Crab sauce is a secret recipe of the store, so if you want to make it, you can use a mixed sauce of sweet noodle sauce and seafood sauce instead. Try to make a spicy shrimp!
7. Braised prawns with tomato sauce:
Ingredients: 500g prawn, tomato sauce, ginger, salt, sugar and starch.
Exercise:
Cut the shrimp back with scissors, wash the mud line with clear water, and shred the ginger.
Two teaspoons of tomato sauce with salt, sugar (according to personal taste) and starch. I use pure tomato sauce. I think we can use finished ketchup instead. Just add water, then add a proper amount of cold water and stir well. It is recommended not to add too much water. If you feel that it is not enough, you can supplement it. Put oil in the pan, heat it, put shredded ginger in the pan, and stir-fry prawns until both sides turn red. Pour in the mixed tomato juice and simmer over medium heat. Because it is the first time to cook, the cooking time is a little longer, about 10 minutes. If you think there is little tomato juice, you can add some water and eat it on a plate.

2. Pick up all the materials soaked in oil and drain the oil; Reheat the pan and fry the oil again. When the oil is hot, add garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant. Pour in potato pieces and carrot pieces. Mix 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 teaspoons sugar, 1 teaspoon chicken essence with 2 bowls of water to make juice. Pour into the pot, boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Add shrimps, add 2 tbsp oil curry, stir well and continue to stew until the juice is slightly dry and thick.
