Can gluten-free beans be wrapped in buns?
Gluten-free beans can be wrapped in buns. Gluten-free beans are what we often call gluten-free long beans. Steamed buns are delicious. Let's look at the method.

Bean-wrapped pork

Ingredients: beans (gluten-free beans), pork belly, onion, carrot, fungus, sweet noodle sauce, edible salt, pepper and flour.

Production steps

1. The food I'm going to teach you today is bean buns. It tastes particularly delicious, with thin skin and big stuffing, soft and delicious, and full of flavor. First, prepare the materials needed to make bean stuffing, prepare a handful of beans, then prepare an onion, a half carrot, a small handful of dried fungus, half a catty of pork belly, a spoonful of sweet noodle sauce, a proper amount of edible salt, pepper and flour. Get all the materials needed to make bean meat buns ready, and you can start cooking.

2. Deal with the beans first, put the prepared beans in a big basin, and then add a proper amount of water to clean the beans. Wash the beans about 2-3 times. Drain the water after washing and put it on the chopping board. Cut it into small squares first, and cut it into as many small pieces as possible. Then put it in a big bowl for later use, and then treat the onions.

3. Remove the outermost skin from the onion we prepared, then cut off the head and tail, cut it into 4 pieces, and then cut it into small squares. If you think cutting onions is spicy to your eyes, soak them in water for 10 minutes before cutting them, so that they won't be spicy to your eyes. Dice the shallots and put them in a bowl.

4. Take out the washed and peeled carrots, cut them into thin slices and dice them, and put the diced carrots into onions. Then chop the fungus soaked in advance, cut it as well as possible, and set it aside for later use. Clean the prepared pork belly, cut it into long strips, and then cut it into small pieces, the smaller the better. After cutting, put it aside and start cooking.

5. You don't need to put oil in the wok, just put the pork belly in it, then slowly stir out the oil in the pork belly with low fire, pour the pork belly together with the oil into the beans and stir it again, so that the water in the beans can be locked, then add the freshly cut ingredients, add a spoonful of sweet noodle sauce, a spoonful of edible salt and some pepper, and stir it evenly for later use.

6. Put the prepared flour into a large bowl, divide the flour into two halves with chopsticks, half into cold water and noodles, half into boiled water and noodles, mix them together after blending, and then knead them into dough. The dough should be a little smaller. After kneading, take it to the chopping board and knead it a few times. After kneading, make the dough into smaller buns.

7. Wrap the stuffing in the skin and set it aside. Spread a layer of gauze on the steamer, pour boiling hot water on it, put the bag on it, cover it and steam for 40 minutes. You can eat it then.
