But now it's different in our ordinary residential rooms. Size is secondary, it can be put down at home, but the machine is incredibly heavy, and it took four big boys to move it. After it was shipped home, something even more terrible happened. I have no idea about the domestic residential electricity load, because some friends abroad use this machine at home, so I take it for granted that it can also be used at home. Actually, it is not. I know nothing about electricity. I thought it was just a matter of connecting more wires. Later, I learned that professional cables are extremely expensive, and even the cable money will be more expensive than my oven! Of course, for me, there are still solutions. This oven will also have its place ... but here, I want to remind students that this large-scale industrial oven should not be easily moved home! After considering the factors that the large industrialized oven is not suitable for home use and the built-in oven is too low in cost performance, I turned my attention to the small domestic oven that I have always despised. Small electric ovens are found in major supermarkets, and well-known brands include Chang Di, Hao Tong (tomato, commonly known as tomato oven), ACA, Galanz and so on. The volume ranges from 10 to several liters, and the price ranges from more than 200 to more than 1000. I have reservations about the quality of these ovens. However, after all, the price is there. Generally speaking, it is quite cost-effective in terms of cost performance. For example, the Chang Di 25-liter oven, widely touted by baking enthusiasts, was lucky enough to try it once. Although the finished product is not as good as the cake from a professional oven, it is basically ok, much better than I expected. For students who have just set foot on the road of baking, it is still more suitable. However, this oven is still a little small for me. Later, I turned my attention to Hao Tong and ACA. I pay attention to Hao Tong because it has a 42-liter oven, which is the largest external oven I have ever seen in the market. And Hao Tong's price positioning is very real, such as 42 liters at 699 yuan (this is the price of physical stores, online shopping will be cheaper. I looked on the Internet and found that all of them are selling 42 liters of Hao Tong, but no online shop sells 60 liters. It takes a lot of time and energy to make a West Point. Hao Tong's oven is very light, even if it is 60 liters, it can still be easily lifted and moved. Of course, this also explains its material selection from another aspect ... and other obvious shortcomings. For example, the upper and lower tubes can be heated separately, but the temperature control is inseparable. Of course, this is also the problem that all other ovens generally lack stuffing, which is not unique to Hao Tong. Also, its baking tray is not easy to insert, it is very astringent and not smooth. Its indicator key is not clear, indicating that its workmanship is rough and dry. In addition, my most unbearable shortcoming is that there is no temperature indicator! ! ! This is an unforgivable shortcoming. The temperature indicator light is the start of oven preheating, and the light is on. When the specified temperature is reached, the light goes out. I didn't understand it before. Some students asked how to know the temperature of the oven. I couldn't understand it. I told people that when the light went out, it reached the specified temperature. Now, I finally realize that many domestic ovens don't have indicator lights! I really don't understand why manufacturers can come up with so many functions that are not used at all without adding such important accessories. It seems that I have to buy another thermometer for the oven. Although, I said so much about Hao Tong's shortcomings. But I still want to emphasize again that many shortcomings are not unique to Hao Tong, but common in domestic ovens. On the whole, Hao Tong has a good cost performance. After all, I am satisfied with the quantity and price. I want to make it clear that if an oven manufacturer is not happy to see my article, he is sorry and offended. I'm just telling the truth, without any malice. I hope that manufacturers can make more efforts in quality in the future and be more humanized in product design and use. I hope the quality of our domestic ovens can reach the world-class level as soon as possible. A: The advantage of buying in a physical store is that you can change it at any time if there is a problem, but the disadvantage is that it is more expensive. Online shopping is not convenient to return for fear of quality problems. So if you buy online, you'd better choose a reputable online store in the same city as you. Also, the most important thing is that you must have an invoice and a guarantee. 2. What size oven is suitable for home purchase? A: I think it should be at least 20 liters or more. Because the internal rack of the oven is divided into three layers: upper, middle and lower. Maybe the salesman will tell you that you can bake food on the third floor, which is enough for your family. That was not the case. Different foods are baked in different places. When baking a food, the food can only be placed left and right, not up and down. The most important thing is how big the baking tray can be placed horizontally and how much food can be baked. For example, suppose 10 cookies can be baked horizontally. The salesman will tell you to set up three floors so that you can bake 30 cookies. In fact, baking cookies must be in the middle of the oven! Put it on top, the surface is burnt, and the bottom is not ripe. Put it at the bottom, the bottom is burnt, and the top is not ripe.
