1. Wash fish

3. Take out the fish, cut the back of the fish with scissors, scrape the fish with a stainless steel spoon, scrape the meat off the back of the fish, then cut the next link with a knife and watch the scraping. Shave one side and cut the other side.

10. After all the fish balls are cooked, cook them on slow fire. After the fish balls surfaced, they fished up the frozen water. It is better to have ice water. Fish balls watered are more brittle and elastic. Homemade fish balls are troublesome but delicious. Every time I see fish with few bones in the market, I will buy them and cook them.
