How to make melon fish with Chinese sauerkraut?
When I bought fish at the fish stall, I asked the stall owner to help me with the fillets. After I came back, I washed the fish first, put the head, tail and bones on a plate, salted them with some salt, and packaged the fish separately.
Marinate the fish with salt, wine, ginger, soy sauce, oil consumption, white vinegar, pepper and corn flour for 20 to 30 minutes and stir well.

When the wax gourd is ripe, put down the fish with pickled vegetables and cover the pot and cook for 10 minutes. It depends on how angry the family is. Cook it, but not for long. Control your own time, because the fish just cooked is slippery.
Put the cooked fish in a big plate, then put the oil in a hot pot, stir-fry the ginger, garlic and dried peppers together, add some onion fragrance, and then pour it on the fish, and the pickled melon fish will come out.
