The frequent appearance of "sky-high price menu" is mainly due to the lack of integrity of operators, or false misleading propaganda, or forced transactions. In this regard, on the one hand, operators must operate in good faith according to law, fulfill the obligation of prompt explanation stipulated by law, and let consumers clearly understand consumption; On the other hand, consumers should also raise their awareness of self-protection, ask for information such as the price of goods or services in advance, and save relevant evidence in time once they encounter the "sky-high menu".
If the operator fails to bid, misbid, miss the bid or fails to bid in the prescribed way, or the bid price exceeds the normal market price after investigation, it can also be considered as unmarked and bear corresponding legal responsibilities.
