Exercise 1. Two sauries, cleaned, covered with salt, wrapped in soy sauce and cooking wine, marinated in the refrigerator for a long time;
2. Before roasting, chop the onion, ginger and garlic into the belly of saury, then spread the salty bean paste on the fish and put it on the grill;
3. Heat the oven to 220 degrees, put the tin foil on the baking tray and put it at the bottom to catch the dripping sauce and juice, 12 to 15 minutes. You can pour the juice of pickled fish with a spoon once in the middle.
