Composition:
Eggs, sausages, carrots, onions, green peppers, salt, chicken essence and oyster sauce.
Exercise:
1. Prepare side dishes and chop them (1 root green pepper and 2 sausages, 1/4 onions and 1 root short carrots).
2. First, fry the eggs and put them out for later use. Stir-fry onions in hot oil, and pour in eggs for fried rice.
3. Stir-fry the fried rice with eggs until soft. We need a small fire here, or it will explode easily.
4. Stir-fry until soft, pour in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, then pour in the eggs and stir-fry.
5. Add carrots and green peppers and stir.
6. Add 2 tbsps of salt, 1 tbsps of chicken essence and 1 tbsps of oyster sauce and stir well. Pour in the ham sausage and stir fry (the ham sausage itself has a taste, and finally put it in).
7. Add a small amount of sesame seeds and chopped green onion before cooking.
