Three bowls of flour
Proper amount of sugar
Yeast moderate amount
Proper amount of water
Jujube right amount
Appropriate amount of tomato sauce
Recipe practice:
1. Dilute yeast powder with warm water.
2. Add a little sugar to the flour and slowly add yeast water.
3. Knead the dough into smooth dough and put it in a warm place for fermentation.
4. The dough is fermented until it is about twice the size of the original dough.
5. Take out the dough, knead and exhaust, knead the dough into strips, now make jujube flower steamed bread, and cut three flour agents with the same size.
6. Knead the dough into a fine circle and then put it into the shape as shown in the figure.
7. Wash the red dates
8. Put the red dates in the correct position (as shown)
9. Put chopsticks in the middle, and jujube steamed buns will be ready.
10. Now make rose steamed bread, and divide the big dough into 6 15g small dough and 6g olive dough.
1 1. Sprinkle a little flour on all the dough and roll 15g dough into cakes respectively.
12. Put 6 patches in the middle with an interval of about 2cm (as shown in the figure). Press it in the middle with chopsticks, and put the olive-shaped dough on the lower side of the dough as the stamens of the rose.
13. Then roll it up from below and put the rolled dough in the tiger's mouth and knead it.
14. Cut the dough at the kneading place with a knife, erect the two doughs respectively, and turn the petals out slightly. Beautiful rose steamed bread is ready.
15. Take a slightly larger dough and roll it into a cake with a thickness of one centimeter.
16. Then gently press out the marks in the shape of rice grains with a knife.
17. Cut two similar marks without cutting off the middle stamen (as shown in the figure).
18. Press a trace on the inside of the incision (as shown in the figure).
19. Then pinch the two corners together to form a petal.
20. Make other petals in turn, and then dip some ketchup on the stamens with chopsticks, and the beautiful flower steamed bread will be ready.
2 1. Put the prepared steamed buns in a steamer and wake them for 20 minutes without fire.
Fire for 22.20 minutes, steam after the steamer is inflated 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and stew for five minutes.
